I read your story and it was like looking in the mirror. The only difference was I was eating mcDonalds as I was reading. I started to cry and vowed to follow your lead. I want to lose at least 50 pounds. It's reassuring to know it's doable without surgery,pills, or the biggest lose exercise 12 hours a day. I only need to be half as successful as you were and I will be happier and healthier I'm so glad I stumbled onto this site. Thanks for sharing.
