Wow that is fantastic! You are a real inspiration. I have been overweight my whole life. I even had a gastric bypass back in 1984. I lost about 122 lbs but gained most of it back. Started slowly losing this spring trying to choose whole foods. Now I'm having difficulty with skin yeast infections and the Nystatin isn't working anymore so researching natural cures for yeast I found out I shouldn't be eating sugar or starchy foods. That led me to BFC. It doesn't look like anyone much is posting about BFC. Are you still trying it?
