Don’t be under the illusion that progress can be instant, but with the right information and understanding is the start to becoming healthy. Build your will power and become strong minded, designing your personal exercise plan added with patience you will see positive changes. We all love to look good but to truly feel good that's the real difference, with a Strong mind set it will keep you on track for the long term. Who doesn't love to be complemented and praised by our family, friends and partners? But before we can expect others to acknowledge our hard work and achievements we need to give ourselves the ongoing positive reinforcement to keep at it no matter how slow the results maybe. Always keep your eyes and thoughts on the end result of where you wish to be. Do not set your self a time frame, just keep fixed on the end result and how it will bring positiveness and happiness to your life.
Hey, I am new to this community.. I have been like a peeping Tom looking through the window, wondering at other peoples success and journey and waondering if that will ever be me.
