I know my body is responding positively to my diet change. I'm sure part of it would happen simply from eating less processed food, less fried food, and eating more nutritious food, but I've noticed additional changes since going vegan as well. (I'd share, but they're definitely on the TMI side of sharing.

) However, I'm a firm believer that any change we make has an effect on the body, though sometimes we don't notice them right away.
