& The ghost busters shirt has been in the closet since December so I am glad to wear it with pride~~I have waited too long feels like LOL~BUT I FINALLY DID IT! My 12 year old son Wants the shirt & asked me to help him fit into eventually by helping him with his food choices at home~So I told him I do not want him to feel pressured in any type of way ~he came up with the idea on his own~& I told him we will try it & If for some reason he doesn't I will search High & low to get him one for School In august. He has wanted to lose weight & I have been secretly without him knowing it helping him~He has lost 4 pounds already since school has been out Within about 3 & 1/2 weeks. He is 5 '8" with a 36/30 pants size~I think he is adorable & wears a mens XL shirt ~the top I got on is small in mens I think. Cause they didn't sell them in the womens section at the time. Anyways~He is so proud in me & sees such a difference he asked for help in a positive way so I am helping him.
I actually have been all along by taking and switching all high calorie foods to lower calories & snacks to lower calorie ones or with limits.~ My daughter has went from a tight size 16 to an 8 (and she is 17) And my youngest son(age 9) has stayed in slims(he is about the age where the other 2 started gaining) & my 12 year old use to go up at least 3 waist sizes a year and was much shorter & has remained the same waist size my whole journey~So Just wanted to add that if you wanna get some other family members on the right track start switching there foods & drinks too! MY kids drink diet soda now~they had a fit~but now there use to it!~AGAIN THANKS EVERYONE ~I AM BLABBING A HUNDRED MILES AN HOUR JUST SO EXCITED!

(Wanted to add~A special thanks to Amelia~U know u have been such a good friend to me through so much of my loss~i appreciate it!)

EVERYONE & EVERYONE ELSE Felt to write this to y'all~STILL WORKING ON THERE GOALS ~HANG IN THERE NEVER GIVE UP~CAUSE IF YA DO U WILL NOT REACH YOUR GOAL IF U DON'T THEN U WILL EVENTUALLY ~IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!! & If I can do it anyone can~ I use to eat at least 7000 calories a day With no exercise~now 1400 for the last 19 months & 1/2 And feel full most everyday & I exercise at least 6 days a week! I am noone special I just never gave up! START STRONG & Stay strong & IF YA DO U WILL Find success! If u go off track ~get back on it~Never Ever ever ever ever ever GIVE UP! EVER!

ignore all my typing errors sometimes I fix them sometimes i don't LOL ~I have dial up & sometimes it's easier just to leave my errors an error ~LOL!
