I am thinking of getting on an online program for structure and such. I've tried e-diets before which worked, I'm pretty good about following meal plans. but, I stopped 'cause I had gallbladder problems then tried to get back on last year but had problems with their lack of customer service.

Now, I'm looking at dietwatch.com and it seems almost like the same thing. But cheaper Anyone try dietwatch and have some success with it? Any suggestions? I'd really really appreciate any help!

I've tried several online dieting programs in the past. While I have not tried dietwatch, my advice would be to save your money and try spark people first. It's free and you can customize meal and fitness plans there. Awesome site. There are others that I really like as well, such as nutridiary (free) and fitnessjournal (.org) is a really low cost one. HTH
