I am thinking of getting on an online program for structure and such. I've tried e-diets before which worked, I'm pretty good about following meal plans. but, I stopped 'cause I had gallbladder problems then tried to get back on last year but had problems with their lack of customer service.
Now, I'm looking at dietwatch.com and it seems almost like the same thing. But cheaper
Anyone try dietwatch and have some success with it? Any suggestions? I'd really really appreciate any help!
