Hi ladies,

As usual, I've been procrastinating and have not washed the cat yet. Her time is coming though. Judi, you don't have to worry about "too much info". We're all animal people here, and have gone through the same be it with dogs or cats. I have found a wonderful product called "Simple Solutions" that removes the stain and odor. If it works for cats.....we know how potent cat weewee is....it will work for doggies. My baby is doing fine. She's even waking me up in the morning for breakfast like she used to. I am planning on ordering her some cranberry pills since she has trouble with urinary tract infections. Things have been pretty ordinary. Just working my life away. I have been taking the water aerobics and the water jogging class. I really do enjoy them. I think I'll continue even in the fall. Judi your garden sounds like heaven. I love lilies, especially the stargazers. They are so fragrant. In fact, I bought a couple of candles that have a lily scent. Alice, your puppy sounds totally adorable. Ledom, hope you have fun on your trip. Congratulations Mrs. Yogi on the pant size loss! I think I'm going to log on to fitday and start journaling there. I think Ledom is right. If it's in black and white, we tend to feel more accountable for what we are eating. Don't despair Lana....we all feel the same way about what we eat/don't eat. Talk to ya'll later.

It's been a pretty good day here....gorgeous and hot, and I love that, we have a pool so I try to never complain about the heat. This morning I put in some hilites in my g/f hair, she got here at 9:30AM and we finished at noon she was really please with it, and I also did her hair for a wedding reception she had tonite, she was totally pleased, I did it the way I thought would look good on her, and she liked it, actually she loved it. The style made her look much younger since I find she tends to be a bit on the oldfashioned side at times. But the main thing was that we had some really good girl time, altho we couldn't drink any wine (), which is what we usually do when I do her hair at night....

Food wise, it wasn't so great....I don't wanna talk about it.. ... I promise I'll have a better report on that tomorrow...

Hi Judy, I did not get my swing... It was more of a want than a need, but that's ok, maybe next year. I really would love to read that book you mention also.

I'm quite tired but I am really happpy that I have started to write on this board again, it seems to help...
