Hi My little fat loss secret
after years of type 2 diabetes, high BMI
i have finally found a weight loss plan that works for me
20 grams oats dry weight, and an egg for breakfast , same for lunch ,
add water to the oats to cover the oats then put an egg in it ,
whisk it until its got a good consistency ,
then microwave for 6 minutes , or until the consistency is good ,
it should taste like an omelette its nice ,
and for dinner have any meat you want with frozen veg
i call this the 10 - 1 - 4 plan
you take breakfast at 10 am , lunch at 1 pm , dinner at 4 pm
this is a 3 hour window , get your carbs in the morning and afternoon and no carbs for dinner except a very small amount from the vegetables
drink water at least 3 litres a day
no exercise needed to lose the weight
