One of the worst diets that I ever tried was a juice cleanse and it was a complete waste of money! It cost over $100 and the taste was disgusting. On top of that, it left me feeling lethargic. light-headed, and depressed. If you're thinking of starting a juice cleanse my advice is save your money!
