Angry Trying out this new 13 day diet i found out about

I am thinking about starting this 13 day "Danish Diet" or "Copenhagen Diet". They say this diet really works and that people implementing it lost from 15 to 40 pounds. Now all of this sounds too good to be true to me so i would like to ask some of you. Have you ever tried this diet and if yes has it helped you in any way.

I don't think any of the "lose X pounds in Y days" diets are good. You'd be better off finding a healthy and balanced diet that you can stick to for the rest of your life (or a "lifestyle change" as some people call it)
