Hunger is easy for me to find, feeling the food in my stomach is another matter. I do rarely eat until stuffed anymore, the only time I do is on date night because the seafood is sooooo good! I am a slow eater by nature, so at least i have that going for me. I am up by one pound, but won't fret about it, it just may be fluid. Well hubby and I walk "together" but he is faster than I am, so he tends to get ahead of me. Anyway have a blessed day.

That's great! Sounds like you are doing well! I notice after restaurant food, it usually shows up as a higher weight on the scale. Seafood is supposed to be really good for you right? I don't like it and I am always trying to work it into my meals.

My husband is a pretty intense road and mountain biker, but we do go on bike rides and although he is ahead of me, it's great for at least getting me out of the house.

It is hard to find that satisfaction point. I have noticed that the food starts tasting different, less good, and less full of flavor when I have reached it.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend!

I know of a few people who don't like seafood, which is unusual considering that we have a lot of access to seafood, shrimp, crab, crawfish, fish, alligator, frog lets, oysters, turtle. (Personally I never tasted turtle, but it does not appeal to me). I don't like oysters either. But I love the rest of it. I usually get a salad or gumbo for the appetizer and the fried fish and onion rings for the meal, this time I had the salad and fish/crab patty with no sides, so that is an improvement as far as meal size goes, but I did have 2 glasses of wine instead of just the one. We had Mass outdoors and it was HOT, so I think I came there so parched. Anyway back to work. Have a blessed day.

Sorry I have been gone! I hurt a muscle in my neck and have needed to stay off devices like computers and phones! Wow that has been hard. I got a better ergonomic set up for my computer for now.

Sounds great on the meal size! I have been working on not overeating at dinner time. I know its likely to be the last meal of my day because I don't like eating before bedtime... it's harder to sleep. So sometimes I eat a little more than I need just in case.

Hope you have had a good week!

I like to do a 16 hour fast overnight. I tend to overeat at dinner because I know I won't get any food until the next day.
