I never lost weight the week before and up to two weeks after my cycle. You know what it is and you asked the question because common sense told you it was so and you wanted reassurance
so there it is!
Why would it be a hinderance to your weight loss? I'm confused as to why that crossed your mind. You could have a week long bender and it wouldn't be a real hinderence.
So let's start again on a positive mindset: maybe drink some extra water this week, eat maybe a tad more protein and extra greens and smile. It does wonders. And in a week or two, when your loss restarts, you'll see that this is a monthly (and expected) blip in the radar.
