I'll get last months total done sometime today, was gone yesterday, my baby sis had back surgery and I was with her. I'll get my pledge up today after I get thru this mound of paperwork.
Last month was very productive so we'll see what I can do this month. I have a couple of days scheduled off but I'm going to up my minutes anyway. Being off is no excuse for not getting my workout on!

Went for a brisk 15 minute walk...had to stop due to wet shoes and drizzle. Plus 15 min Bob Greene Flexibility Stretches.

It's going to be tough reaching my goal this month. I've been out of the office for 3 days and I haven't even thought about working out. It did feel good to move this old body today!
I'm really late in joining the exercise challenge this month. And since I'll also be out of town for 8 days, I'm going to set a much lower goal this month. I think I can manage 600 min.
Wed May 7 - 15 min. elliptical; 30 min. lower body weights
Thurs May 8 - 60 min. brisk walking
Hello Ladies, Just wanted to stop in and say that I'll be back sometime soon. My sister is staying with us while she recuperates from back surgery and this is our busy season at work and yada, yada, yada. To be quite frank, it's about all I can handle right now, so I have let my exercising slide for the moment. I promise I'll be back as soon as I can get my sister up and running (and back to her house) and my house back to normal.
Good work everybody and hoping that you guys are missing me as much as I'm missing you.
