I'm new here, as is probably evident by the fact that I have no cute avatars or ticker tapes! I plan to follow a 14-hour IF plan wherein I have my last meal at 5:00-6:00 p.m. (dinner) and eat breakfast the next morning between 7:00-8:00 a.m. I will allow myself one "cheat" day each week to accommodate meals out with friends & family & holidays.
I hope to lose 15 lbs. this way.
I tend to do my overeating at night because I'm famished by the time I return home from work. However, lately, I've been brown bagging my a high-protein dinner, eating it BEFORE I come home, and it's been amazingly easy to stay away from the food at night. So I think this may be my tribe.
