Default Olivia method

Hi,
I started the Olivia Method today. Can anyone tell me if they have had good results with this? I am so scared of upping my calories. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks.

The idea of eating your BMR is probably something a lot of people in our Calorie Counters forum have chosen to do, but most don't call it the "Olivia Method". You might try asking there and describing the method a bit, so people will know what you're talking about.

I just started this today too. Don't be scared to increase calories! If it doesn't work for you, you can go back to what you were doing before, or try something new. You have lost almost 100 lbs, that is fantastic!!
