Smile Appreciate the help please
Does anyone know of any good online calorie counters? I have seen a few but I am looking for more help after the calories are counted. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions

yeah...best thing i have used to date...dont waste ur money on weight watchers or something as expensive as that
