I agree with Slvrangl; as soon as I get home around 6pm, I start to eat everything in sight! It's so hard for me to NOT eat, in general. To stop eating at a certain time seems almost impossible. I haven't tried to give myself a stop time, beacuse I'm always hungry, but I will try to stop eating at 8pm.

Why is losing weight so hard when gaining it is so easy?

Admittedly it might be due to my culture, but dinner is usually set any time between 8-10 pm; so the thought of not eating after 6 is so mind-boggling to me! Breakfast is usually 8-9, Lunch is 2-3, some may have a little snack after our version of a siesta (say around 5) then dinner.

My mom is a firm believer of eating late would cause weight gain. However, my weight loss is proof that time does not matter, at least not to me!
