Hi ladies,

I've been on a one week hiatus w/ exercise, but i'm back now! I manage to do 60mins upperbody this morning.

Nettie, I notice that you asked a O/T questions about eating plans? Well I just started Atkins induction today. It's pretty cool.

Hi to all! Got my new tape in yesterday and I can feel muscles that I didn't know I had. OMG it was intense, even the top part of my arms, between my wrist and elbow, feels the effect. Doesn't really hurt just, now I know that their there. Guess that's good tho.

Hi all!

Hey Semo, what tape did you get? Maybe I missed this in an earlier post.

Jan 13-60 mins treadmill

770-60=710

There is some real interesting stuff in Newsweek (I read it on the internet, but I guess it's in the magazine too) about the failure of the food pyramid, exercise, core conditioning, vitimins, ect. Check it out if you have time.

Hi Flying Fit, the name of my tape is Ball Force by Michael Carson. It came with a ball that you use with the exercises. Very good for the waistline/core muscles. It was every bit as hard as TaeBoe, or at least I thought so. Going back to WAP tonight then Ball Force every other day. Results are right around the corner!

here's my latest: 756 minutes - 25 min. cardio (1/12) - 45 min cardio (1/14) - 50 min yoga (1/14) = 636

didn't get any exercise in yesterday because i was on the road. i should have my normal workouts for the next couple of days, then i hit the road again and exercise becomes more of a challenge. it's great to see that people are staying so motivated and those totals keep moving!

Good Morning Ladies, well here it is January 15th already. We're half way through this month, lets not lose our engery. If you haven't been exercising just jump in and complete the month. Don't try to play catch up, just start where you are and feel good about getting started. This is a personal achievement... just for you and no one else. So 'come on, no time better than the present to get going.

Okay here's my total for Tuesday, January 14th.

370 - 45 = 325
