I weigh every morning. After, of course, I pee and remove every stitch of clothing on me. God knows the clothes weight 20 pounds all on their own! Hahaha. That's why I hate weighing at the gym or at a doctor's office.
Oh, and the difference exists from morning vs. night. Last night, I weighed 180, this morning, I weighed 176. Weird, huh? I don't know which is more accurate, so we'll see what happens tomorrow morning.
I weigh every Sunday at the gym in my workout clothes and shoes. That keeps me from panicking if my weight fluctuates during the day/week. I refuse to buy a scale for home, because I don't want to obsess.
