Default Trim Spa

Has anyone tried this ? I hear a lot of advertisments for it on the radio with success stories. Just wondering if anyone had any input?

Have you checked to see if they have a website, or how long they have been in business? I have never heard of it, like some of the long standing places like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig-so take care in finding out about the place. Be leery if they won't tell you anything about the plan before you pay-or if they require like a year paid in advance, or something like that.
Also be leery of them wanting you to buy their "all natural" supplements if they sell them. Not all herbal supplements are good for you. Post back what you find out, and I will see what I can find for you.

Okay, I have found out some info for you...
Trimspa is pretty much an online program-where you can read the newsletters online-and the main component is that you purchase and take their "all natural" supplement. I read through the ingredients, and it is pretty much a multivitamin, chromium picolinate-which you can get at Wal-Mart-and also contains, well-how can I put this nicely-pretty much natural speed. Ma Huang and caffeine-of which the first item is ephedrine, or the ingredient in Mini-Thins. I wholeheartedly recommend you avoid this company-it sounds like a wast of money, as well as the possibility of the supplement not being good for you. If you want an online plan-I would recommend one that requires you not to take any pills. If you want balanced eating and the ability to eat out or cook at home and eat with your family-try Weight Watchers, or counting calories-if you do not want to cook, and want prepackaged meals, I would go for Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem, but the first two are going to teach you how to eat for life, not just for however long you are on your diet. If you want to lose and keep it off, that is the best way to go.
