Anyone else frustrated??? I've been doing really well and I've lost about 30lbs. Things have really slowed down for me and I've actually gained a pound this last week. I know, I know, it's only a pound but... but... but!!! I started taking some antibiotics and I'm hoping that it's because of that. But really! I'm working VERY hard at watching my food intake. Help!! I periodically get to a plateau and and seem to gain and lose the same 2 to three pounds back and forth. not sure why...but I keeping doing what I should be and I eventually get lower keep losing.
Ive been stuck on a plateau for most of the summer. i can't tell what's water, fat or whatever. measurements have been the same as well. i just stick logging my food diary entries and hope that i'll start losing again soon.
Anyone else on a plateau or gaining weight?
