Default Anyone want to or doing the 5 FACTOR DIET???

Hi all! As you probably know from my posts I am doing the 5 factor diet. From the advice of one of the moderators I decided to put this out there. I am hoping to find others who are doing this specific diet so we can share receipes and tips and what worked for us. It's not a big deal if I can't find anything specific to this diet since this site is so amazingly encouraging and helpful, but I thought it might be nice to have others doing the same one as me share ideas.

My cousin did this and he is my inspiration for starting this. A year into it and he is still following it and has now made it into a lifestyle choice. He is not only lean and slender but has amazinly hard abs and very great looking body overall.

So if you are interested in this diet, here's the scoop. It is used by stars like Alicia keys, Kanye West, John Mayer and Britney spears. It is a diet based around 5's. Basically you eat 5 meals a day, each meal typically has 5 ingredients and only takes 5 minutes to prep. It is utterly simple and anyone can follow it. It is based completely on HEALTHY EATING and doesn't use any fad dieting. Each meal has a low fat protein, low GI carb, centeral fat, fibre and a sugarless beverage. It also has tons of receipes in the back!

For the fitness component it is an intense 25 minute workout again based around 5's. It's 5 minutes cardio, 5 minutes upper body, 5 minutes lower body, 5 minutes core body, and 5 minutes cardio again. If you want to you can supplement it with extra cardio at the end or on the other 2 days of the week.

All you need to do to start is the book (which is only like $15!), a balance ball, and some weights. That's it!

If interested to learn more you can check online but his book (even if you rent from the library is the best idea). Just type in 5 factor diet and you'll get a ton of hits. There's also a great review on youtube.

Just thought I would put this out there in case anyone is interested.
