After u reach your goal weight what is something you want to do?

  • I think it would be interesting to find out what everyone wants to do when they reach their goal weight?

    Also, if you already reached your goal,,,what did you do that you couldn't or wouldn't do before?


    Mine is: I want to go to our local thrift store and shop,,,lol,,,3/4 of the clothes their are a size 7 and I love the thrift stores. I also want to feel comfortable with less clothes on around my husband.
  • id like to be able to go to the beach/pool and be able to not constantly adjust my bathing suit and position to make sure nothing is hanging out and no weird rolls are going on haha
  • 1) Have some really nice professional pictures done with my son. We haven't had any done together since he was a wee baby and he's five now. I've just been way to self conscious and felt like it would be a waste...

    2) WEAR A DRESS!

    3) SHORT SLEEVES!



    Hey, that helped! I've been feeling like I wanted to quit all day today...I feel fatter than ever even though I've been good and working out and I had really been wanting to raid the vending machine...but I won't now. Those pictures will be worth it...
  • short sleeves
    wear boots that come to my calves(i have large calves)
    wear tights and look good in them lol
  • I want to try Rock Climbing. The nearest indoor place I can find is Nashville, and while its only a few hours away, I keep putting it off, thinking I'm too heavy and knowing I'll do better carrying less 'extra weight'
  • go to the beach and not be worry about whos looking at me in disgust
    wear shorts n tube tops during the summer
  • Patchwork how is the weather out there? I'm headed that way tomorrow after work! I have family in Memphis and the surrounding areas. I'm a West Tennessee girl!

    I've heard it's getting bad and I'm getting a little nervous about the drive!

    2. Take family pictures
    3. Hike or ride a bike for a long TIME
    4. Wear a bathing suit and actually feel okay in it
    5. and I hope by then I can run for at least 45 minutes straight
  • Heh, I'd like to run into a certian ex. One of the reasons I dumped him was he kept encouraging me to "lose weight to get healthy" (at 170) and his friends would ask him why he was dating someone so large.

    that reminds me,,,this is not right i know,,but there was a place i use to work and they would allthe time make fat jokes and even told me one time that they thought i'd gained weight. they would prance around. after i get skinny,,,im gonna prance myself in there. YES it will make me feel good.lol

    *Wear sleevless shirts without feeling like my arms at what everyone is staring at.
    *Wear shorts and dresses
    *Do activities outside without feeling like I am going to overheat
    *Take PICTURES! I hate having people take pictures of me.
    *Go shopping and be excited, not dread trying on jeans.
  • Take SO many pictures, I hate pictures right now. And, shop shop shop. I can not wait to shop!

    Just 15 more pounds~Which I may wanna lose a little more when I get there But that has been my original main goal for over a year now when I started my journey & I can hardly believe I am nearly there...Its Like A VERY GOOD DREAM ON ITS WAY TO BECOMING TRUE.
  • 1.) I want to be skinny by my ten year high school reunion. I was always the fat girl that the popular kids made fun of. I was overweight sure, but I was by no means the biggest girl in the school! Kids are just crule!

    2.) Wear a bikini top and short shorts to the beach!

    3.) Date superficially (for a short time) and break guy's hearts! lol Mean I know but turn about is fair play. Right?
