I'm thinking about getting one too, or more likely the GWF since I can get that on Amazon and I have a giftcard for some of it.

I was wondering about the foods - I am using Fitday already and don't necessarily want to switch since I have a lot of history in there. It sounds like all the BB/GFW tracks is the total number of calories and I could just plug that in after I input my food on Fitday?

And as long as I'm posting, seems like there are fans of both BB and GFW. Any significant advantages or disadvantages to either one?

This is the one thing that has really helped me realize and be super conscious of what I put in my mouth. Before getting my GWF I had been dieting for 3 months and had lost 49 pounds but I wasn't monitoring or recording what I ate. Around mid-January I hit a plateau and didn't lose a pound. I broke down and ordered the GWF. I have now had my GWF for 2 weeks and I am soooo much more aware of what I am eating now and have lost 8 pounds since I put it on. At first what seemed like a hassle is now my favorite thing about it.

Default Love my bodybugg

I absolutely LOVE my body bugg. I have lost 52 lbs while wearing it. I now have my diabetes under full control and no longer have to go to a diabetes specialist. I am awware of what I eat and move more. as a result, the neuroapathy is leaving my feet and getting better.

I would advise anyone and everyone who is serious about their health to invest in one.

I found mine on ebay for about 100 bucks. (it is the older version, but works fine)

Default Really Need Answers!

I absolutely love my BodyBugg. However, it is the older version and I was considering upgrading to the newer one. While researching, I heard that the GFW monitors sleep. Is this true and if so, how accurate.

Also, I am very anal about recording everything I eat every single meal. Will GFW allow me to do this? or can only only record 3 days worth or 3 days at a time?

Also, what color is the latest and greast GFW? Black or gray/silver?

Thanks for your help.
