Default curves

Curves is a gym for women. The exercise equipment is designed especially for women. The workout takes only 30 mins. I can't believe how my energy level has increased and the inches and weight is coming off.

Arrow Sounds Great

I've heard a lot about Curves, but I don't know much about their existence in my home town if there is any. Do they have a web site? Does anyone know whether there is a center here in NC? What kind of costs are involved? Thanks for all the info!

Question Dore,

My Dr. recommended that I check out Curves for Women diet plan. I went and bought the book that very day. Which plan are you doing, the low calorie or high protein? I'm sort of inbetween both. I am interested in doing the diet, but I cannot stand the taste of fish. The book doesn't tell you if you can substitute any foods. Whenever there is a fish meal, I would substitute a chicken breast. Can you and do you substitute any foods that you prefer rather than what is listed? Thanks.

Default curves diet

I've been doing the low carb diet and yes I do substitute for the fish meals also. I'll either have a chicken breast or a piece of lean beef. If you pick up a carb counting book, that helps.
