Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about trying it for a week and then go off again and then go on again, just to give me some kind of boost. I too, count calories, try to stay around 1350, and drink about 2 gallons of water a day. Been doing cardio 40 min. 5x a week and doing weights about 30 min. a day. I have been on this plan since April 20th and have already gone from a size 18 to 14 and see drastic results. I hope to be @ 130 by September. Hopefully, with this website and a lot of effort I will reach my goal. Let me know your goals and any pointers you have that will help me!!
