Hi I have just re-started my new diet...yes..another one. After many years of eating disorders and associated problems, have started Herbalife. I have just finished Atkins, and lost 18lbs on this, but stalled for the past 6 weeks...not fair!!
Would like some input , or buddy in UK....I am in this for the major haul, and have 50 lbs to loose... for August, fingers crossed.
I go to the gym twice a week and now aquafit also, so somethings got to give somewhere!!
I am on msn and aol.....and love to chat, when kids let me have custody of puter...lol
