Ok I have told so many about this I lost track of where i posted it.
For the past few weeks I've been doing this stir fried veggi salad.
Some friends of minr tought me about it and they got it from a dr.
First portins.
on your plate you should do 1\4 meat, 1\4 pasta or some other carb, and 1\2 veggies. if you want secounds eat only the veggies.
Now the stir fry. Take several kinds of veggies that you like. Pick the darkest colors you can and have lots of green ones.
I use: Green cabbage, red cabbage, and just all kinds of things including spinach. I usuall mix about 6 kinds. The bulk of it is the cabbage as it is cheap.
put all into a big pot or wok. Add 1\4 cup lowfat or non fat itallian dressin or make your own vinigrette. Stir fry to prefered doneness. We like ours a little on the crisp side. Eat as much as you want.
To really speed the metabolism try adding as much hot sauce as you can tolorate.
Eat some of the veggies first as the digest slower and you will stay full a lot longer. Pluss you don't get that grogy sleepy feeling.
