I found the book on Ebay and have a bid on it. I'm looking forward to checking it out. Sounds very interesting.

Lightbulb

Hello Everyone;
Well I am back I really fell off the wagon. I have not been here in a long time and I have been thur one huge emotional trip. I went to the doctor for some follow-ups and I gain 13 lbs. I knew in the back of my head my clothes was tighter. So now I am at 253..... I was under the 250 hill and now I have to get back to the drawing board.... I went walking today and I walk 3 miles. It was tough but I have plans to do it in the morning....Tammy

I have had Bob Greene's book for awhile, and I'm embarassed to say that I've only just skimmed through it Have any of you that have started the workbook seen any weight loss? I did miss Oprah's show that introduced the book, but I did see the follow up show, and I went and ordered it. I do know that I am an emotional eater, that's how I regained 15 lb. that I had previously lost. All of you have given me the inspiration to open the book and start reading and doing the workbook!

Hello Everyone
Well I do not have the book but I plan to buy it this weekend. I have to pat myself on the back because I have done pretty good this week. I have cut back a lot of the servings and the candy. There are moments I wanted to run and get some junk food but I am tired of not finding pretty clothes and the clothes I have now not fitting right. I know I have to work on the exercise dept. Well stay strong and I will report back later....
