I'm on this diet! I have been on the medically supervised shake fast for nearly 3 weeks. I've lost 13 lbs so far. I've been blogging about my journey if you would like to get a glimpse into what it is like!

Default Starting HMR soon, ordered
I ordered HMR.
3 weeks costs $201, then $185 each 2 weeks on Phase 1. Glad you're all here!!! Steph

Hi Stephanie,

Your costs are cheaper than mine. I'm on the Decision Free version with 3 shakes and 2 entrees. Are you doing the At-Home version?

The costs are pretty high for this diet. I'm hoping it proves effective - fingers crossed!
