Second - I'm a little concerned about your choices here and I'd just like to make one suggestion, if that's alright. If I read this correctly, your goal is to eat 700 cals/day. Is that right?
If it is, could I beg you to go see your doctor? 700 cals is considered starvation mode. Your body hangs onto every ounce of fat it can because it feels like it isn't going to get fed enough to survive. 1200 cals is the minimum people should eat.
Just want to make sure you're healthy when you're slim as well!!!
