We went on a little road trip today to see our college boy (3 1/2 hours one way) so we were in several Tim Hortons'. I'm not sure what your looking for but I think they're dying for mature responsible workers.
It may not necessarily be a career move but it might get you to the reunion.

ps ... The one in Cambridge definitely needs SOMETHING!

Really! I've heard they're good about flex shift and accommodating your schedule too.

From what my son's friend says ya they do. The friend is trying to rack up as much money as possible and so he works 4, 12 hr shifts. And I think he sometimes goes in on his days off for short shifts,,,
He has been trying to get my son to go work there, but hes getting treated well at his own job. 19 yrs old and makes over 17 an hour. And has nothing to do with oil.

I know a kid who made up fliers for a house sitting/ pet sitting business and made some bucks, especially considering how little time it actually took him.

The paper route is a great idea, too.

I guess the job atmosphere must be very different where you live. Here places are BEGGING for people, especially heading into the holiday season.

Good luck!!
