When I originally made my ticker, I picked 140 lbs as my goal weight mostly just to spite my dearly departed and desperately delusional pediatrician who (in 1984) told me (at age 12), that at 5'4" and 140 lbs I was fat.

(I'm STILL 5'4", by the way).
Having BEEN 140 lbs in the not so distant past -- like, in February

-- I can say now that I was VERY happy with myself at that weight and I'd like to get back there again.
But my goal now is more of a range than anything. 145 lbs would be fantastic because it means I would no longer have an "overweight" BMI, and 139 lbs would be fantastic because (a) it would mean 50 lbs total lost, and (b) I just love the idea of being in the '30s!
Point is, I'd be happy as a clam to bounce around between 140 - 145 for the rest of my life because I feel good there, and because I know I LOOK good there.
