I can relate also, I am not 22 though!! LOL I'm almost 42 and have been a stay at home mom now for over 5 years. I am terrified that I don't have the skills, not to mention the "looks" anymore to get a job. I had worked most of my life prior to having my last child. I've also quit really good paying jobs for the sake of the family which can be a hinderence to getting a job now. But I am determined that someone will hire me. I have a phone interview tomorrow and I am so scared. I've never had a phone interview before and I'm afraid I will monopolize the conversation. Well what can I say, the job is for Customer Service on the phones, LOL

Just pick up some applications, fill them out neatly (important) and completely, and when they call for an interview be polite and enthusiastic! All interviewers know that you are nervous, that is to be expected. I was at one time the interviewer myself. This job doesn't have to be the one that you will eventually make a career of. Use it as a way of gaining experience. All experience counts. Good luck, I know you will be fine
