Here is a list of 5 affirmations that will help you with weight loss.

1️⃣ I don’t stop when I’m tired, I stop when I’m DONE!
2️⃣ I don’t work hard because I hate my body. I workout because I love it!
3️⃣ Making small changes is becoming easier. I enjoy the feeling of well-being these changes are giving me.
4️⃣ Excuses don’t burn calories.
5️⃣ Don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to the person from yesterday.
