Start playing videogames, watch a lot of movies, TV series, animes, read mangas. Read books. Do sport.

well, that's really very critical situation you are facing. since you are a University level Student, i can understand how much depressed you are. You have to manage your studies + reputation + respect their. do you know? when i go for yoga in my city. They ask us to do some typical steps like walk in dogy style, shake your hands in air move around etc etc... its hard to do for us but we enjoy and we feel relax.. even for watchers its fun. They enjoy by seeing us performing such activities. i'd suggest you to watch some yoga videos and try their activities. you will enjoy + you will be relaxed!... atleast i do .
