Motivated again!
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say thank you to all. This site has been soooooo helpful to me since I joined on October 30. You are all helping me and inspiring me with all your stories and encouragement.
I have been trying to get motivated for over a year now. I would start exercising and eating healthy, but after about a week or so, I just couldn't keep my motivation.
I can't remember the last time I worked out 5 days in a row! I finally did that last week. So this is week 2 of trying to work out M - F. So far, so good. I go to bed early now, so I'm rested and have energy in the morning. I workout in the morning before work. I go in at 9:00, so I have a lot of time.
I'm starting to get that old feeling back that I used to get when I worked out. You know, that adrenalin addiction. But also, because I'm eating healthy, I FEEL great and have more energy!
Even though the scale isn't showing much loss yet, I know I am working toward weight loss and being healthy.
