I imagine so as water does hydrate the skin and flush toxins out of the kidneys and liver. Also, if it replaces sugary drinks then it would be a huge contributing factor. I find I break out if dehydrated. Fresh green vegetable super juices also help with skin :-) Congrats on the achievement!

Drinking of water every day can help us to have a good and beautiful skin so make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and keep you well hydrated. I also drink some lemon water; it helps me to have a beautiful and glowing skin. Fruits that are rich in Vitamin C is also helpful. I also have a simple skin care routine. I wash my face twice a day, use some sunscreen and moisturizer and applied a natural facial mask once a week.

Water does help yes. More importantly it could be what you are NOT eating anymore. Fried foods, processed foods and dairy are all associated with acne. A gentle cream cleanser and a moisturizing cream for your specific skin type is all you need. And SPF of course.

Water helps but acne is also genetic and hormonal. I drink only water and one cup of coffee a day and my skin has gotten pretty clear. I do get the random break out though, like most people it's the week before my period.

I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. When I'm outside in the sun I drink more. Your body tells you when it's dehydrated. And yes, my skin looks better for it.
