Default Dust allergy

Does anyone have any good suggestions for OTC meds that seem to work well for a dust allergy? I take Claritin for other allergies, but it does not seem to work at all when it comes to my dust allergy. I have been trying to get some cleaning done this afternoon in a space that hasn't been tackled in a while and so is quite dusty, but I've had to stop multiple times when the sneezing/wheezing became overwhelming. I'd love to pick something up from the drug store tonight that would let me get back to the cleaning.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I use Allegra, and that seems to work well for me.
