Often it's a new person, speaking up bravely for the very first time, after lurking for God knows how long. Because I did that, too. Lurked for a year while working on losing the weight & only showed my face at the end, when I'd gotten within just a few pounds of the goal I'd finally settled on. Because I knew keeping it off was going to "take a village," aside from my own efforts.

And what a wonderful village it is.

Rockin Robin is like... the holy mother of weight loss to me, there's no way I could do what she did/does, but she's always good for inspirational advice. And her green bean fries literally changed my life.
Kaplods is amazing, she's so smart but her persistence and slow and steady method really is great.
Gloria something I think... she's super real too, I love her posts.
Jkinboston, woww. I wish I had to drive to just keep plugging along like she did, she's really inspiring.
