Our holiday was last weekend and we had steak. But if I could have a burger this weekend? Two patties, no bun, tomato, cucumber, onion and cottage cheese.
Do any of you make broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, onion etc in Italian dressing? I call it hard vegetable salad <shrug>

Reason: can't spell!

Yes! My husband and I went to a cooking class a few years ago and they taught us how to make something similar. They called it "Raw Salad" which doesn't really make sense because most salads are made of raw ingredients... but whatever.
This one had chopped cabbage, onion, carrots, broccoli (and possibly something else) with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Delish!
I'm a purest... 85% ground beef grilled medium with dark sear marks... american cheese, on a lightly toasted Sara Lee hamburger roll; ketchup on one side, mustard on the other... CHIPs...and a Corona w/lime

i'm a burger snob- no beef for me! Buffalo burger- mixed w/ some finely chopped onion, worchestershire sauce, salt & pepper. instead of buns we usually use bread, something fresh from the bakery, and for sauce i smash up half an avocado with two spoons of ff or lite sour cream and some Uncle Dans ranch dressing mix. YUUUM!! toss on some cheese and tomato, onion, lettuce, etc and happiness ensues. buffalo tastes so much better.
LIZZIE I had my first buffalo burger tonight! Angie and I went to Fuddruckers and they have some new choices from when we were there last...buffalo, ostrich...soon to have elk....
anyway, I ordered one after reading your post...very tasty...a bit "spicy"?
This makes me hungry! So excited for a picnic Monday!
I'm burger boring. Just ketchup and mustard for me.
But my friend (going to her house Monday) found cheese at the grocery store.. buffalo cheddar, spicy! Never had it, she said it looks really good. So, will add a slice of that on there.
We make our own "meat mix". 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground pork. We did 2 nights of burgers recently. One was our meat mix and the other was ground beef. We prefer our meat mix now. It has gotten to where we don't like ground beef any more.
Memorial day was so amazing for me. We didnt get fancy, however the regular burger on a wheat bun, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and my new favorite thing, one slice of grilled pineapple. This was some really epic eating hahahah
