Thanks everyone! I've been busying myself today by fixing up my resume, making copies, putting together packets, etc. I'm going to hand-deliver my application and materials to that other school tomorrow, so I will definitely be keeping you all updated on the process. And thank you all so much again for your words of encouragement. I went through all the stages of grief very quickly and after talking it over with a coworker (who is choosing to not return next year) we have both come to the conclusion that this is what's best for me. And I am so positive that I am going to find something a hundred times better and more suited for me. Again, thank you all

I am an English teacher too at my country and we have to renew our contract each year so it is always pretty stressful to perform and get results every year.

So keep looking and everything will go for the best.
