So did everyone watch the first episode?
Sunshine is already my favorite. (The yellow team that got kicked off at the start) she reminds me of myself. I believe Sunshine was her name.
Lots of really large contestants this season. There's going to be a bunch of broken records. There was already two records broken for the most amount of weight lost in one week for a man and a woman.
I hope the horrible "week 2" won't be as bad as they are playing it to be.
It was really inspirational like always. I can't believe how much they biked.Jillian was on J. Leno right after the BL and it was sooo funny. Before she came out they deep fried oreos and she was really mad haha! I still don't get how they loose so much weight in one week.. it is amazing.
While I enjoy watching the show, my biggest beef (sorry, no pun intended) is that with those big losses the general population expects the same from their own weight loss journey. I think that it sets many up for really unrealistic expectations. It's been proven that slower weight loss is more effective in the long haul.
