Wow! I loved coming and checking this. I have been looking forward to getting back to it all day!
Each of you are so inspirational, so encouraging and such a complete and total motivator for me to continue this path--this path to health and to a more fulfilling life. I feel as if I am able and READY to give like never before. Wow, I just had no idea.

Dinner was good. We went to the planned place and I opted for Miso soup, grilled vegetables and grilled scallops and shrimp. I left the rice. I was going to do Sushi but I decided to splurge a little. Aside from the oil, it was an a-ok choice I THINK.

My hubby got me this cake. HYSTERICAL! I wear this TShirt that I love often. It says in BIG letters on the front, "Are you a good witch or a bad witch?" At the bottom of the tshirt there is striped leggings coming from underneath the house. Anyway, my cake was a WITCH! It said, "good witch" across her chest. Beside the cake (on the tray) was written, "39 & Lookin' Fine!" LOL--too funny! I loved it. When I came home today @ 5 the house was completely dark. There was a scary sounds CD playing---anyway as I walked through the house my kids and hubby all started chasing me wearing Halloween costumes! OOOhhhh I loved it! I am a FALL FANATIC! I had Halloween balloons, a huge bouquet of fall flowers, Halloween partyware, etc. For my present? I got the LEOPARD Snuggie! I have wanted one forever.
Oh, also a sabateur reared her UGLY, UGLY head today and brought me a GIGANTIC FLAN! I graciously thanked her for it and accepted it. (Despite countless times I have requeseted her NOT to bring food to my home.) On the way to dinner, I phoned a close Venezuelan friend and asked her if she would like it. She was glad to have it! So, it found a new home very quickly!
I had two pieces of cake with buttercream frosting. The cake is already gone to a new home as well. I allowed my kids to have two pieces each! My hubby also ate two pieces. We all voted as a family to let it go. Neither of my kids finished both pieces and was so glad to see they voluntarily left them there.
