Are you taking the day off from your weight loss program to enjoy the holiday or are you finding a way to work the "holiday food" into your program?
Food plan didn't change, but had to get a bit creative to get my exercise in with the gym closed and it raining!
Today is my "regular" rest day from working out anyway, but I did get out for a walk and I'm continuing my healthy eating and not having BBQ food.
Breakfast and lunch I was good- but I just had dinner and it was Rally's YUM! big buford and a small fry- HEAVEN!
I got up and went to the gym this morning! 2 miles on the stationary bike and a 1 mile on the treadmill (wasn't feeling well)
Tonight we are having a barbeque so I am going to be BAD!
I didn't go off my food plan at all. I didn't exercise, but that's more a factor of having a very bad cold, not a factor of the holiday.
