Hmm... I love good fried chicken... and chicken wings... and ribs...
Okay, have to stop thinking about this until after my afternoon snack of apple and laughing cow is over.
ETA.. I kept thinking about it, and kept coming back to a meal my mom makes. Fried chicken, rice with gravy, homeade biscuits, green beans, and an earlier thread has had me thinking about her spiced cake with baked peanut butter icing... We haven't had that meal in over a year... I think she last made it on her birthday in 2008, and her birthday is in February... wow...

My Mom found this recipe for choc cake when I was in my teens, its actually called Velvet Fudge Cake but we call it "THE Chocolate Cake". Its a choc cake mix with choc pudding, sour cream, nuts, choc chips. Sigh!
I'd eat as much of that as I could!
Velvet Fudge cake
1 1/2 cup nuts {pecans, walnuts}
1 12oz bag choc chips {I use Hershey's Dark choc}
1 choc cake mix {I use Pillsbury dark choc}
1 4 ser box Jell-o choc pudding {i use devils food}
4 eggs
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 c water
1/4 c oil
1/2 tea vanilla
preheat 350*. Grease and flour 10 inch Bundt pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix all ingredients but 1/2 cup nuts in large bowl. Batter will begin to thicken {congeal into concrete} as soon as pudding gets wet so mix well according to cake mix intructions. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 350* for 70 min, or until cake begins to pull away from sides. Cool in pan 15 min. Flip over onto serving plate. Finish cooling. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar to 'make it pretty"
I would have an enormous bowl of chocolate ice cream with hot fudge, whipped topping, those little cocoa crunchy things on top with a cherry. Oh and follow up with a slice of real NYC style cheese pizza. MMM!
SunshineCA said it for me, with photo! LOL.......warm brown with vanilla ice cream, hot thick fudge, whipped topping, nuts and cherry..........YUMMMMMMY!!!
I think I might of gained 5 pounds just reading this thread! lol
I'm gonna have endless shrimp from Red Lobster, wash it down with a few frapps from Starbucks, and end it with a cheesecake from the cheesecake factory-all kinds of cheesecake from peanut butter to mocha, to rasberry.

Real pizza as opposed to the healthy ones I make now.. real mozz cheese, non turkey pepperoni, lots of veggies, thin chewy crust and Maalox for dessert.
I'd start with frozen Pina Colata
Jumbo shrimp cocktail and a table dressed Caesar salad.
Filet mignon and a twice baked potato
A Glen Levitt neat while we wait for tiramisu and hot coffee.
Chris Daughtry sitting across from me wouldn't be bad either...

I love Chris too! I actually had an opportunity to interpret for one of his concerts but it was too last minute and I didn't know all the songs well enough. Interpreting for concerts require a lot of prep work i.e. rehearsals, scripts, lyrics, etc. Although there are some artists I could interpret for in my sleep!
BTW ~ Daughtry is going to be on Jimmy Kimmel tonight!
If it was my last meal, it'd have to be Giordano's stuffed pizza for an appetizer, my favorite all you can eat Indian food buffet w/ Taj Mahal beer for the main course and a variety of decadent pastries and cakes for dessert w/ a bottle of 150 year Grand Marnier to end the meal. And hopefully the reason it'd be my last meal would be because I was about to kick the bucket because after a belly buster like that I'd be praying for death. LOL
