I've never even heard of any of those cookies up here in Canada, good thing too, OMG, they sound unbelievably delish... we get chocolate and vanilla, in the same box, that's it... for what it's worth, my favorite is the vanilla

I bought several boxes this year. DH ate the box of peanut butter patties pretty much by himself. I had two and didn't like them. They aren't as good as they used to be, they taste waxy.

We also have shortbread, the peanut butter sandwiches, lemonades, and thin mints. They are all in the freezer. The thin mints are being saved for summer to be chopped and mixed into homemade ice cream (I have a killer low-fat recipe.) The rest are for when we have company over and I don't have time to make dessert.

I wish they still sold the low-fat lemon cremes. They were so much more "lemony" than the lemonades.

I don't know if it's because they changed bakers again or if it's because my tastes have changed, by GS cookies don't taste as wonderful as I remember. I can eat two and stop with no problem. I do like to support the girls though.

The boxes have fewer cookies in them this year. It's sad in a way, but it does make it slightly easier for those who are trying to lose and can't resist them.

I suppose I would say that thin mints are my faves, but I haven't tried the peanut butter sandwiches yet, so we'll see. The low-fat lemon cremes used to be my favorite.

mandalinn- i feel the same way about the thin mints! - now don't get me wrong i'll still eat them of course lol... but they do have a sorta greasy ick to them.

mmm Samoas are my favorite.

Oh I was a campfire girl too. I was just ranting about selling campfire candy today to my husband. it'd be february and i'd be in my little uniform - shorts and a vest freezing my little butt off and trying to peddle my candy to people who magically all became diabetic... lol.
I wonder does camp fire still do candy? i never ever see a kid peddling it where I live. probably a good thing cause i'd totally buy that.
