Default Help! I need your help to change my life!

Hi ladies.

As some of you may have seen in a previous post, I recently quit my job. Crazy to do in this economy? maybe... but the company was just getting ridiculous. Either way, I made a pact with myself to make 2009 COUNT as much as possible and start making the changes I want to see happen in my life. My health was one. My career will now be another.

So, I picked up the book "What Color is your Parachute?" and I can't put it down. It is making me see the job hunting world in a whole new light. I am so excited now about looking for a new job, and I am loving every minute of it.

Today I have been doing a bunch of the activities in the book, which are suupposed to help me find some direction. The book advocates finding work you love to do every day... and I want to find that job! So, one of the activities was to brainstorm all the things I love, separate them into categories, and then make a list of my best "transferrable" skills that I can apply to any job I take on. I am then supposed to show these lists to as many people as I can, and ask them what job description/position they think best fits what is on these lists.

So... I am asking you guys!!! I really need your help on this, because I have only come up with 1 or 2 ideas as to what could incorporate most of these things. I need new perspectives, ideas... think outside the box- get crazy/goofy. Nothing is off the table. Anything you throw out there in the open would be great!

Okay, so here goes:

my best transferrable skills:
1. I love to learn new things, and I learn really fast
2. I always put my heart and soul into my work
3. I want to be challenged and pushed to my limits
4. I am a problem solver, and I enjoy fixing problems
5. I really enjoy brainstorming and bouncing ideas off of other people
6. I enjoy improvising, and I can think fast on my feet

My favorite interests:
1. philanthropy- helping others
2. travel- new places, new experiences
3. philosophy- thinking outside the box, contemplating the nature of life/existence
4. science- how things work
5. Event planning- making people feel welcome and making people feel special
6. Art/visual marketing - tapping into people's thoughts/emotions with a visual stimulus

My most important values:
1. Making life better for other people
2. loving myself, and teaching others how to love themselves too
3. helping people take control of their lives
4. inspiring hope and uniting people under a cause
5. making the most out of each and every day
6. feeling a sense of purpose - a reason to be

My most favorable working conditions:
1. non-retail/sales (I hate sales)
2. I enjoy working individually or in small groups
3. physically moving/staying active at least part of the day
4. having a fairly close relationship with most immediate supervisor
5. flexible hours
6. flexible dress code

my preferred salary/responsibilities:
1. moderate responsibility- the equivilent of middle management (have previous management experience)
2. ability to make some decisions based on my descretion
3. giving speeches/presentations
4. leading small groups of 20 or less
5. training/teaching new memeber/employees
6. $30,000-$55,000 a year

Geography:
1. To have a home base within 30 miles of a small city
2. close to nature- mountains, lakes, parks, hiking trails
3. no humid summers
4. near a variety of restaurants (my husband and I still try to do a date night once a week, every week)
5. close-knit community
6. Within 4 hours of the beach/coast

Favorite kinds of people/environments:
1. creative/brainstorming groups
2. People who can think outside the box and challenge what is "accepted"
3. fast paced environment- always busy
4. places that inspire creativity
5. people who are physically active
6. working as a cohesive team - people I can relate to

I would be willing to travel up to 50%. Other than that, everything is fair game. The jobs don't have to incorporate absolutely everything - just as much as possible. Again, any help you guys can offer would be fantastic. You never know... one of your answers could completely change my life THANK YOU in advance!!!
