...260 to go.

OK, I bought a can of "Rotel Mexican Lime and Cilantro diced tomatoes."

Now I just have to plan to make that recipe.

JuliaDH ~ Sounds like she may need more than just one person helping her... you're a good person to be sticking with it though!

I could really go for some popcorn right now.

It is! Angie says that is the beauty of it. It is plain and simple...we both love it. Just make sure you have enough chicken in it. Angie frys corn tortillas (the only thing she frys in the house except tacos on occasion) then cuts them into little strips...we just add them as we eat the soup. She also makes a few cheese quesadillas too to go with the soup and cuts them into quarters. Great on a cool evening.

I hope you like them BILL. Angie used to use the regular Rotel but by accident she used the lime/cilantro one for the soup and we just stuck with it, liking it better in the tortilla soup.

How did my head wind up IN my lunchbag you ask. Well, I dunno. I was asleep when that happened.
Thanks for the errr, explanation.

Operator - you got internet in your truck? Or is it connected to your blasting terminal?

[Wondering which one worries me most.]
