I work dry red wine into my plan daily. I found some wonderful, beautiful 4 oz. tapered glasses - pour the glass 3/4 full.
Two of these work perfectly into my plan

Seriously though, I have to really restrict alcohol calories, because I have a tendency to go overboard after a drink or two, it turns into 4 or 7. Plus my body holds onto weight if I drink.
